Pleasant welcome and a nice room. However the walk to the room was a long way, up straits, full length of the pitch, through some doors, up more steps then more walking. Very clean and spacious room with everything you may require. "Gym" facilities were poor, sneaky treadmill, Peleton bike that has no connection, broken cable machine and the weight bench missing the handles to adjust. Disappointing. Attached restaurant/sports bar was okay, service received wasn't great but the food itself was okay. Breakfast also served here which was fine.

I always stay here and it’s always great value. The breakfast is amazing — easily the best in the area! However, I’ve been informed that the breakfast restaurant will be moving to the downstairs bar, which is a massive disappointment. I’m really not a fan of having breakfast in a bar, especially with the lingering smell of alcohol in the morning from the night before. Please don’t change it

Stayed here for 2 nights and upon check in we got a complimentary upgrade to a pitch view room which was great! The bed in the room wasnt as big as we thought but there was plenty of space in the room! The staff member check us in was great and professional and even gave us complimentary breakfast which was amazing! Only pet peeve was that the AC in the room couldnt be turned off and the room would get cold pretty quickly...other than that great stay!

Lovely hotel, classy without being snobby. Big accessible room and staff who were friendly and great customer services especially Marianne in the Faraday where you guests have there breakfast. She brought a teapot over to me because I had a walking crutch she was excellent. I don't drive so it was a bit difficult for me to walk to the Coventry arena train station because of my mobility but I had a lovely stay and food was tasty at breakfast and evening meal and good value for money. I will visit again

We had a fantastic stay here, we arrived after quite a long journey with three children and we were welcomed in with delicious complimentary cookies and sweets. The room was very spacious and clean and our kids had a great time. Special shout out to Sam who was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We will definitely be back again some day :) Only downside is the bathroom really needs updating as there is a load of mould. I understand it's difficult to keep a wet room mould free but a bottle of cilit bang mould remover will do the trick :)

We arrived a little early before the ed sheeran concert, so had to wait for check in at 3pm, we were advised there was no room service so couldn't order food. Something we needed but went hungry. The room was very nice, very hot, so we turned the air con down. There were only 2 tea bags in the room, so unable to have a tea, as we wanted it for breakfast. The mugs were very dirty beforehand. During the night I found the bedding to be too thin and was very cold during the night. Possibly our fault for not turning up air con. For the price of the room £350 I was expecting breakfast but not included. For the convenience of the place very good after concert. As for every thing else it was adequate but not amazing.

The hotel location is perfect for events at the arena. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold selections. However it was the staff that made this experience After a booking problem (due to an external provider) the staff helped me and my friend by providing us with an affordable room. They were supportive and accommodative and helped us in every way they could. Thank you!

Stayed here over the weekend. The service at the concierge was great. Ms. Imani and the gentleman in glasses, were wonderful. Through I was denied late checkout despite being an honors member, but that is a non-issue, I totally understand their predicament. The rooms were good, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, but they had to keep calling the concierge to confirm of we had paid for breakfast, you can do better in such small matters, but really FRUSTRATING to guests and unprofessional for the hotel. YOU CAN DO BETTER! The building management is failing you badly, the doors are old and falling apart (the one leading to restaurant & main entrance), the lift failed with people inside, so guests had to walk up and down the flight of stairs. NOT GOOD! Especially with bags and suitcases. Finally, at the concierge, the staff there have to refer to an old Excel sheet paper pasted on their desks for numbers etc. The tape used to put the paper in place does not look very good, it gives an impression of a mgt that is not keen to details. Correct that. Otherwise, nice stay. Charging guest for parking overnight is not interesting, you can include it on the hotel price instead.....Warm Regards
